We do have a IRC channel in FreeNode. The Name is: #ZWHLUG

The full network name is irc.freenode.org, to access IRC you will need an IRC client such as xchat or bitchx. For windows the most used clients are mirc or virc. Some simple googling will reveal locations where these can be downloaded, though most linux distributions include an IRC client on their installation CD.
